Blake Haddock is vastly experienced in many areas of the real estate industry, with an unparalleled list of career accomplishments. He has been instrumental in closing land, commercial/retail, and industrial acquisition. As a corporate executive he was instrumental in closing over two thousand home sales with combined revenues reaching two billion dollars. For the past two decades he has specialized in multi-million-dollar luxury residential brokering, with individual closings up to $25 million.

Born in Oklahoma, Blake began his real estate career in 1978 as a petroleum land acquisitions representative, with exploration companies such as TEXACO and Phillips Petroleum, where he closed over one hundred million in oil property lease acquisitions per year. His duties also included Land Title Procurement and leading an Acquisitions Team. Later, he relocated to California where he became a the Manager in the Mortgage Loan Division of Glendale Federal Savings. There his team successfully generated hundreds of Mortgages per year.

In 1986, he began his residential sales career, with the largest homes and land brokerage in Central California. His determination, dedication and focus won the award of “Rookie of the Year”. With that coveted recognition, he was recruited by a New Home Sales Consulting firm headquartered in Calabasas, CA where they specialized in trouble-shooting deficient sales performance in New Home communities, throughout Southern California.

In 1991, Blake moved to La Quinta, CA to expand the consulting firm. During the market downtrend, at that time, he managed the sales and marketing at Lake La Quinta, where they successfully closed over 100 new homes and re-sale transactions. In 1995, he became the on-site Project Manager/Broker for The Estancias at Rancho La Quinta. There he closed nearly 100 transactions of new luxury spec-homes and re-sales. In that same role, he reported directly to Garry Drummond, CEO of Drummond Company, a $5Billion dollar company with over 6,000 employees. After the earned successes at The Estancias, Drummond Company recruited Blake to be their National VP of Sales and Marketing. His scope included product development/sales/marketing of Rancho La Quinta CC, Andalusia at Coral Mountain CC communities, as well as, Liberty Park, a 4,000 home master-planned golf community in Birmingham, AL and Grasslands Country Club in Lakeland FL.

With his years of national success in the closings of multi-million-dollar transactions including The Vintage, Toscano CC, The Hideaway, The Estancias, Rancho La Quinta CC, Andalusia at Coral Mountain CC, Mountain View CC, Citrus, PGA West and many other communities, his most recent achievement was launching this highly effective Luxury Residential Brokerage - ELITIST INTERNATIONA REALTY, where he leads a team of highly skilled and experienced associates, in brokering multi-million dollar residential property acquisitions and dispositions.
